Hi,
i was looking to set a custom system name/model name for my windows 7 machine. However, geekbench isn't reading the classic windows registry keys to set this value. Any tips?

    Hi,

Thanks for your message. Geekbench doesn't currently inspect the registry to determine the model name for the current machine. Instead, it consults the Windows API and the SMBIOS to determine the model name.

Which registry keys are you referring to? I'm not aware of these.

    Thanks,
    John
