Hi, can the stress test harm your computer in anyway? And how long are you supposed to run it for? I left mine on over night, and it ran straight for 7 hours......Is that bad? I thought it would stop eventually.

Thank you for your message. Stress tests shouldn't harm your computer, but they may uncover existing problems with your computer. Generally we recommend running the stress tests for 2 to 4 hours. In our experience that will uncover most issues.

Not at all! Running the test for longer than the recommended time just means you can be more confident about the results. It won't harm your computer.
