Integer performance much lower on Linux than on Windows, overall score better.
Here are two tests of the same machine. One test made on Windows 7, one on 64-bit Gentoo Linux.

Overall score on Linux is much better, but Integer performance is significantly worse than on Windows. Anyone can explain this ?

Michael -
Thank you for your message. Geekbench measures the performance of the entire system and not just the underlying hardware, so variation between platforms is somewhat expected. If you're interested in just comparing the relative performance of the underlying hardware I recommend using the same OS when running Geekbench.
Let me know if you have any other questions and I'd be happy to help out.
Best,
John
