Hi,

Having read through a few of the discussions here, I bought a Geekbench 3 key on the assumption that it was per-user and could be used on multiple machines. However although my key works on my Windows pc, the same key does not work on my macbook pro?? Can someone help? This is very confusing and disappointing.

Did you buy license for all 3 platforms of just single one i.e. Windows? I have bought 3 platform single user license and having no problem running Geekbench on all my machines.

    Hi Eoin,

You are correct -- Geekbench is licensed per-user, not per-computer, so you can use your license on multiple machines. If you purchased a Windows-only license, though, your license key will not work on Macs. Please email support at primatelabs dot com with your license information and we can confirm the type of license you purchased.

Let me know if you have any other questions and I'd be happy to help out.

    Best,
    John

I guess i made a mistake...it's quite confusing I should have purchased the other key for osx and windows. How can I buy the osx key now without paying full price twice?

    Hi Eoin,

Could you email me directly (john at primatelabs dot com) so that I can take care of the upgrade process?

    Thanks,
    John
