Geekbench 2.2.0 for Windows, 32-bit in tryout mode on Windows 2003 x86.
Clicked on "Run Benchmarks"
Dialog appears "Benchmark Progress, Current Workload: Gathering system information" for split second, dialog disappears.
Nothing else happens, same cycle repeats.

    Hi,

Thanks for your message, and I'm sorry you're having problems running Geekbench. I've uploaded a new build of Geekbench for Windows that will help me diagnose the problem. Could you download the following build and tell me if it produces any extra error messages (or if it just works)?

    Thanks,
    John

Thank you for your reply and support.

The new build just ran as expected without any noticeable extra messages.

Here is the result from the new build.

comparatively, here is the result from 2.1.13

do note that some details in "System Information" are different or missing in 2.2.0

    Hi,

I'm glad the new build fixes the bug you encountered. The missing system information is a known issue with the temporary fix I put into this build, and will be fixed for Geekbench 2.2.1.

    Thanks,
    John
