Hi Jose,
Thanks for your message. Geekbench for Linux requires at least an Intel Pentium 4 or an AMD Athlon processor. Unfortunately the Vortex86 SoC is equivalent to an Intel Pentium and thus does not understand some of the instructions Geekbench uses (hence the illegal instruction error).
