Hi all,
I have a MacBook Pro (15-inch Retina Mid 2014) with Intel Core i7-4980HQ @ 2.80 GHz, 6.0 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Running OS X 10.10.

The Geekbench score tested with 64bit (paid) was as follows:
923 Single-Core
3627 Multi-Core
These seem like the processor is only running one core?

Any ideas?

    Hi Craig,

Thank you for your message. Your MacBook Pro's performance is significantly below the average for similar models. I would recommend taking your MacBook Pro into an Apple Store and asking them to investigate the problem.

Let me know if you have any other questions and I'd be happy to help out.

    Best,
    John
