App Store not showing updates
I bought via App Store and am stuck on 3.1.6. If I replace it with the latest version from Primate Labs, it wants a license or runs in demo mode. How does one upgrade Geekbench 3.16 purchased via the App Store?

The same with playstore android. If i install newer version the old one is not replaced and the new one requires internet connection to show results.

To clarify the issue the only version that appears in playstore now is the new one.(3.2) The old one remains untouched and fully functional. To install new version you dont have to repurchace only download. But it is like a demo as wendy said.

Hi Wendy,
Thank you for your message and for your patience. Geekbench 3.2.2 is now available for download on the Mac App Store. I apologize for the delay in getting the latest version to the App Store.
Let me know if you have any other questions and I'd be happy to help out.
Best,
John

I also purchased via the Mac App store. Trying to install on a new drive fails via copy, and attempts to download again from store results in acknowledgement that I have purchased but updates are available please login via other account. This is not possible as I have but one App Store account. This situation is ridiculous. Obviously the App Store version has some sort of weird coding as the app should be able to copy between drives, and update. Or repurchase.
How does one successfully redownload the App, or update it?

Hi
More strangeness. I finally did mange to download (showed as a new install of previous purchase in store interface) without error message from App store by doing this:.
Download Geekbench-3.1.2-Mac.zip.download tryout referred to in the discussion "Purchased product won't work", install tryout then delete old version copied from other drive. However v3.2.2 downloaded from the store fails to launch correctly.
no other diagnositc logs generated by app store version.
I've attached a capture of console window log, system profile and Geekbench interface. I also have a RadeonHD 5870 and GT120 installed.

Any information about the issues in android playstore? Should i open a new thread or you are trying to solve them? Having 2 versions installed it is not bad but the 3.2 version requires internet connectivity to show the results(probably demo mode). The old version 3.1 remains intact after the installation of 3.2 but if you uninstall the 3.1 version you cannot re install it from playstore (only from backup) and the only thing you can do is install 3.2 but it works only in demo mode.. It will be good either an update from 3.1 to 3.2 keeping the pro features(no internet connectivity to show results) or the new 2.2 install should not be in "demo" mode.
