The procedures for installing the Command Line Tool (http://support.primatelabs.ca/kb/geekbench/geekbench-command-line-tool) states to open a new command shell once installation is complete. However, on Windows XP SP3 (32-bit) the registry is updated, but the value will not go into effect until you login again.

The installation feature should be corrected to notify Windows of the registry change using the appropriate method/API, so that the procedure are correct. Else, the procedures should be updated.
