Hello,
i7 980 / 12GB RAM, (No overclocking), stable but has poor results. Geekbench display's 3-cores & 6-threads. Can this right??? Can a 6 core system really be stable on 3 cores? Is this a bad motherboard, CPU, or could Geekbench be missing the mark here?

   Hi Doug,

   Thanks for your message. It's hard to say what the cause of the problem is here. Could you open a command prompt window, run the following command, and tell me what it outputs?

   set NUMBER_OF_PROCESSORS
