Hi,

Purchased cross-platform Geekbench. 64 bit works find in mac Mtn Lion. But after Win 8 install, and install of Geekbench, license key fails to unlock 64 bit mode in Win 8. 32 bit does work. Please suggest solution path. Paul.

I should also add that the same license key that failed in Win 8 Pro, succeeded in producing complete Geekbench runs under both Linux 14Mint and Mac Mtn Lion 10.8.4

    Hi Paul,

I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you, and I'm sorry you're having problems unlocking Geekbench. What is the error message you receive when you enter your license key on Windows 8?

    Thanks,
    John

I have the same problem but in reverse. My Cross Platform key works in Win7 but fails in OSX ?

Error message is : Sorry, that is not a valid Geekbench license key! (plus some blurb about typing it properly)

Update : Restarting the programme showed that the key did work second time around !

I get the error message "Sorry, that is not a valid Cross platform license
key." Tried several times, so I know the key is correct. Could it be I
downloaded a newer version of Geekbench, and my key does not work with it?

Problem solved. I closed the app and restarted. Worked this time.
