VoodooPad & Library > Cache folder

I have a MacBook Pro. While performing a search in Finder, I noticed that I have both my VoodooPad document saved in a Desktop folder (where it should be), but also every single page within that .vpdoc saved in my Library > Caches folder. If I delete the latter documents, will that mess up my main .vpdoc? And why does it do this?

What version of VoodooPad and macOS are you running? VoodooPad stores some data in Library > Caches to speed up certain operations but it should not duplicate the entire document. It should be safe to delete Library > Caches but that may affect performance. My recommendation would be to leave it alone.
