I found that if I add an image page and drag in a 5.4 MB JPG, the VP document size goes up by more than 90 MB. If I double-click the image in VP, it opens in Preview as a TIFF with a file size of 93.7 MB. That's going to make it difficult or impossible for me to use VP, so I hope there's a setting or something I can do to prevent this format conversion.

tphtag:support.primatelabs.com,2011-01-31:Comment/491348492021-08-16T19:24:29Z2021-08-16T19:24:29ZVoodooPad images pages save as TIFFs

I'm not sure why this is happening, but VoodooPad should use the source image format on image pages. We'll see if we can fix this in an upcoming update.

Johntag:support.primatelabs.com,2011-01-31:Comment/491348492022-07-08T13:05:55Z2022-07-08T13:05:59ZVoodooPad images pages save as TIFFs

You're right about using the source image format on image pages, it worked for me .

James
