I just purchased Voodoo Pad 5.3 and when I try to register it using the product key I keep getting an error message – see attached file. I’ve tried various entries in the name box, but no success.

I’m using a MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.6

Please help asap, as this is very frustrating! You can use my email to contact me.

Thanks
Thanks!

ranitoritag:support.primatelabs.com,2011-01-31:Comment/489499742021-01-06T21:22:31Z2021-01-06T21:22:31ZLicense not being accepted

Make sure you enter the name from your receipt into the "Name" box -- it has to match exactly in order to be accepted. If that doesn't work please mail support@primatelabs.com with screenshots and we'll take a look.

Johntag:support.primatelabs.com,2011-01-31:Comment/489499742021-01-06T21:50:19Z2021-01-06T21:50:19ZLicense not being accepted

Thanks John. I finally got it to work – turns out I had to put in the name that was on the PayPal account I used for payment. That’s a strange set-up!

ranitori
