License not being accepted
Hi,
I just purchased Voodoo Pad 5.3 and when I try to register it using the product key I keep getting an error message – see attached file. I’ve tried various entries in the name box, but no success.
I’m using a MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.6
Please help asap, as this is very frustrating! You can use my email to contact me.

HI again, Sorry for another message, but I'm hoping you can get back to me ASAP as I'd like to start using the updated version of VooDoo Pad I purchased yesterday. Thanks!

Make sure you enter the name from your receipt into the "Name" box -- it has to match exactly in order to be accepted. If that doesn't work please mail [email blocked] with screenshots and we'll take a look.

Thanks John. I finally got it to work – turns out I had to put in the name that was on the PayPal account I used for payment. That’s a strange set-up!
