Can't sync over dropbox

Hi there,

I've been having trouble trying to sync my macOS document over dropbox to the VoodooPad app that I just purchased on the App Store. The sync log says it's been downloaded but I'm not able to view it on the document page. Would appreciate any help!

I'm using a MacBook Pro 2016 and iPad mini 2015, both on the latest software updates.
