VoodooPad erased my Book!

VoodooPad erased my book by saving over it with the brand new page template "Welcome to VoodooPad"!.

How can I make sure this never happens again?

What is the cause of this nonsense?

How can I have piece of mind? Recover my data?

I did save a back-up, but some work is missing and I'm dissuaded from trusting VoodooPad, as much as I want to, right now... help me believe again! - CW
