Merging or comparing Voodoopad data files

Not paying attention, I now have VooDooPad files in multiple directories on my MacBook! I need to combine all these files into ONE directory! These files have the same name in multiple locations.
I could go into MacOS (unix) and do a "compare" across files looking for differences, but this is going to be VERY LONG and tedious process. There must be a more painless method! How do I compare and merge the same named files from different directories into a Master VooDooPad directory?

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry for the delayed response. There are currently no tools within VoodooPad designed to identify differences between documents for merging, and I don't know of any methods you could use to merge these documents easily. I'll pass this along to my team and see if we can provide suggestions on this issue, or an update to help facilitate merging similar documents in the future.

    All the best,
