Missing Files
I opened VoodooPad Pro this morning and the file I was working on since early 2017 has just vanished. I can't find it anywhere on my computer. Any suggestions or have I lost all my data? I have saved it regularly. My other files from 2011 to 2015 are still there but anything from 2016 onwards is just gone. Help!

Thanks for reaching out to us about this, and I'm sorry for any trouble caused by this issue. I'm not certain what could have caused your files to disappear, but I'd like to ask a few questions to get a better idea of what occurred. Could you let me know what version of VoodooPad (e.g. 5.1.8) you are updated to, and if you sync your files with Dropbox or any other method? If you do sync your files, could you provide some details about how you do?

I am having a similar problem. The file is there but the content is gone. I really need to find a way to recover this. Please contact me.
