Can't download the app I purchasede

I purchased the new VoodooPad 5 through the Apple App store and when I go to download, it just stalls and does nothing, see the screen shot. I've tried all the normal things, refresh, clear cache etch, clear the partial download, no matter what I do I can't download and install it. What do I do?

   I’m on the newest everything. I am also a Developer. After spending an hour on the phone with Apple App Store support, it was determined that the App provider (you) has a broken link and there was nothing that Apple could do to make it work. I ended up getting a refund from Apple and then I went to your website and bought / installed from there, but now its not tied to the Apple store (a year ago VoodooPad had sent out an email telling us to uninstall it and re-install in the App Store)

   Anyway, nobody can download or install your App from the Apple store (confirmed by multiple Apple techs). Thought you should know.
