Upload function does not work

The Upload function does not work on my Windows 8.1 system (no problem on my Mac).
Apparently, Geekbench fails to launch my browser (chrome), as other functions such as "Latest News..." has no effect either.

    Hi Philippe,

    Thank you for your message, and I'm sorry you're having trouble with Geekbench. I'm not sure why Geekbench would have issues launching your web browser, but we will look into the problem.

    One thing I'd like to ask in the meantime is what happens if you set Internet Explorer as your default web browser?
