after it runs, google chrome open, but google chrome gets locked, meaning
can't open any more chrome windows or tabs, til i close yours.
BAD!
windows 11
5 doesn't have this issue!

    i was wrong, geekbench5 also has this issue!
    And it is only an issue when you bring up a google chrome window when no other ones are up already. Then it is locked, only tabs can be added, no more windows. Google chrome app won't function!!!
