Hello,
I have a Mid-2010 MacBook Pro 15" which I am trying to GPU benchmark with Geekbench 4.
When I click "Run Compute Benchmark," it says "Gathering System Information" for about 0-3 seconds and then returns to the menu interface.

I recently did some troubleshooting with verbose and nvram in single user mode while trying to diagnose an issue, (which turned out to be RAM related and not GPU related) so my question is how can I restore the verbose GPU settings to default, and get the Compute GPU Benchmark to work on this machine.

Any info or advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Here is what I tried in verbose; http://dosdude1.com/gpudisable/ I did not get up to the recovery mode step, so only nvram fa4ce28d-b62f-4c99-9cc3-6815686e30f9:gpu-power-prefs=%01%00%00%00 was input into the single user mode, nothing was done in terminal in recovery mode.
