In hwmonitor things look fine until I start your test. Once I start your test, my clocks all go to 1.71ghz and stay there (previously they were at ~4.5ghz) and when the test ends it tells me: This benchmark result is invalid due to a serious issue with the timers on this system.

Nothing was wrong when I started the test, but running your software seems to mess with my clocks.

am having similar issue with A10-9700 CPU and Geekbench 4 / in hwmonitor, clocks jump from around 3700Mhz to ~1400Mhz and back and forth, leading to an invalid result?

System is running Windows 7 and is not overclocked or otherwise impacted as far as i know.
