big difference in benchmark between identical hardware pc's

Hello,

I have a Dell Optiplex 7020 i7-4790 16GB pc, I recently got a Dell Optiplex i7-4790 16GB pc
which is supposed to be identical to the 7020 (9020 supports 32GB max vs 16GB max on the 7020),
both are running Windows 10.

I ran Geekbench 5 on both (CPU benchmark) and got a big difference between them,
the 7020 is roughly 2x better than the 9020.
I attached 2 screenshot showing the benchmarks.

Anyone has any idea why / how to try and make the performance on the 9020 similar to the 7020.
