When I try to upload my results to Geekbench website from my iPhone X, Geekbench crashes every time.

Same problem here on an 11-inch iPad Pro running iPadOS 13.5.1.

However, uploading from my iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 13.5.1 works fine.

Same with me too. I just found out about this issue when I was trying to upload a few of my results from testing iOS 14 beta 1 on my iPhone XR.

Yeah, it's happening for me on my iPhone 11 Pro now, too, when I tried to upload a compute result.

Same thing happening to me on iPhone 8 Plus. When i try to "upload to website", the app just crashes/closes on its own.

I'm pretty disappointed that I've paid for this app on multiple platforms and my 10-day-old request to Primate support has been completely ignored, along with this thread showing it's a widespread issue and not an isolated one.

5.2.1 just hit the iOS App Store and it appears to fix this problem.

I am on latest update. Both my iPhone and iPad are unable to upload result to website.

This update just came out today, and its release notes say it fixes this version. Are you sure you have 5.2.1 and not 5.2.0? I'm sure Primate Labs will want to know if the update didn't really fix this.

Yes, I am on 5.2.0, just retested on my iPhone. Still crashes when trying to upload results to website.

Then you don't have the latest update, which is 5.2.1.

My bad, just refreshed the AppStore and sure enough you’re right. Got the update. Tested on my iPhone. Was able to upload to website now. Thank you!

Tested on iPad. Works there too. Thank you again Bret and everyone.
