Dear developers,

I have bought both Geekbench for Android and for Windows.
It is one Benchmark for all platforms so I can easily compare my smartphone wich my notebook.
With more and more Google and Linux distributions replacing BZIP2 with LZMA,
I wanted to suggest to replace old BZIP2 with modern LZMA/LZMA2.

Best regards,

Stephan

    Hi Stephan,

Thank you for your suggestion. While we need to stick with bzip2 for Geekbench 3 in order to keep results comparable, we'll certainly consider using LZMA instead of bzip2 in the next major version of Geekbench.

    Best,
    John
