Hello - I've been trying to run the Geekbench Compute test on my PC and it looks like it's starting but then it doesn't do anything. Do you know of any potential fixes for this?

    Reinstall Windows from scratch.
    Install only the most recent GPU drivers.

    If it still doesn't work, it would be great to know what
    * your OS is
    * your GPU is
    * GPU drivers version

    Hi there,

    I have just purchased Geekbench 5 on the App Store. I tried to run the Geekbench Compute test and I can't get it to run. Do you have any suggestions?

    Ben,

    Could you try running GB5 inside a Terminal (Google for that if you don't know how to do that) and see if it produces any output? If it does, please post it here.

    Hi, Many thanks. I do not have a tools menu i can access on the App. When i first open the app i see it on the top menu bar but it disappears immediately. I am only left with File, Edit, Window & Help

    Again, Ben, Google for

    Running an application inside a terminal in MacOS

    When you manage to do that, please copy and paste here any messages that you'll get.

    According to various reports on the net your GPU, GeForce GT 330M, is not OpenCL 1.1 compliant which means this test cannot run.
