Hello,

I find this article :
http://support.primatelabs.com/kb/geekbench/geekbench-3-command-line-workload-codes
This allows to run a single workload on Geekbench 3.

Is this feature still available in Geekbench 4 or 5 ? In the Pro version ?

Thank you

Workloads are a feature of GB5 Pro.

I'm not sure about GB4 but I guess it has it too.

For Geekbench 4 Pro and Geekbench 5 Pro you can retrieve a list of workload codes using the --workload-list command-line switch.
