activation of geekbench 3 windows 1 single use activation

I've only now received my licence key after 3 weeks of waiting and when I try activation my product for the very first time I'm told that my key is not correct or my email ...

please fix as I am at this point not a very happy customer, also i would like to add that i have taken the liberty of saving both my receipt and activation key as proof of ownership.

   Thank you for your message and I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

   Are you running the latest version of Geekbench 3? There are known bugs in the registration code in older versions of Geekbench 3 that have been fixed in later versions. You can download the latest version from:

   http://www.primatelabs.com/geekbench/download/

   I tested the installation on my laptop and now it refuses to register on my workstation. I need this for the other machine, what's wrong?

   Is the activation limited to a single machine by a single user? I didn't see any "phone home" activity but nonetheless it refuses to work
