    Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we can only provide customer support in English at this time.

    It looks like Geekbench 4 is unable to run a benchmark because it is unable to connect to the Geekbench Browser at https://browser.geekbench.com. If it is notifying you that it cannot connect to the internet, could you attempt to access https://browser.geekbench.com with your Android device's default internet browser and let me know if you can access the website successfully? This kind of issue is most often caused by a disabled or unreliable network connection, but can also be caused by the Geekbench Browser being blocked by a firewall.

    hi,

        We can visit https://browser.geekbench.com. My doubt is that my mobile
    phone such as pixel and Tecno cc6 are connected to the same WiFi, pixel can
    run Geekbench, but cc6 can't.

        It doesn't seem to have much to do with the Internet

    I see, thank you for following up with me, and I'm sorry for the trouble caused by this issue. This problem is quite unusual and I would like to ask just a few more questions to help us investigate further.

    Could you let me know which version of Geekbench 4 you are using (e.g. Geekbench 4.4.2) and could you confirm if you're using the Tecno Camon 12 Air, or if yours is a different device?

       we download geekbench from google play store you can see the
    screenrecord.

       my phone market nameq is Camon 12 air

    Try using VPN on your smartphone.
