It is happen when run gpu or cpu benchmarking. Geekbench has told me that can't connect to the Internet.(or not connected) However, my phone (redmi Note 8 Pro) is normally connected to Wi-Fi (or lte). This seems to be a phone compatibility issue (the phone's AP is a Helio g90t). A typical web browser can successfully connect to the Internet. However, the browser embedded in the app(like geekbench, or NAVER app(which is used in korea instead of google) seems to fail to connect. Of course this is also a case by case, though.
android =9.0 (pie)
miui =10.4.5 (pie base UI)
internet browser = chrome(normally connected), other browsers also same.
geekbench's built in browser = error.
wifi, lte = no problem
webview, geekbench is up to date.

I see, thank you for the additional details, and I apologize for my delayed response. Are you able to successfully finish and upload a benchmark now?
This kind of issue can be caused by very strict network settings, or with specific Android devices. Are you able to connect to https://browser.geekbench.com using Chrome on your Redmi Note 8 Pro?
All the best,
