<p>I have a Blackview BV5900 and I can't start benchmarlks from geekbench 5, the app shows me an error:</p>
<p>Geekbench encountered an error communicating with the geekbench browser. Geekbench requires an active internet connection in order to run benchmarks. I have a good wifi connection ¿? What's the matter?</p>

<p>Thanks for letting us know about this, and I apologize for the delayed response. Could you let me know which version of Android you are using, and if you are able to access <a href="http://browser.geekbench.com">http://browser.geekbench.com</a> on your device using its default internet browser?</p>
<p>An active internet connection is required to use Geekbench. If your device is connected to the internet during the benchmark, it may be that software on your device or software that manages the network is interrupting the connection.</p>
