Bought single-user license for macOS, Windows, and Linux, Mac version doesn't recognize license key

Earlier today, I purchased Geekbench 4 for Mac, Windows, and Linux, and installed and registered it on a Windows computer with no problems.

Now I'm trying to put it on my Mac, and the same license key which activated Geekbench 4 on my Windows laptop is being rejected by Geekbench on my Mac.

I assumed when I bought the software I could register and use it on more than one computer at the same time, and that's why the Mac/Windows/Linux license is slightly more expensive than a license for just one platform.

I've tried copying-and-pasting the license key and entering it by hand, but I still get a message saying my license key is not valid.

Please help.

And thank you.
