MBP 2.6 32GB ram has lower score than 2.2 16GB ram of the same exact year, model, and OS!

I just bought a 2018 MacBook Pro 2.6 6-core i7 with 32GB of ram to upgrade from an also 2018 2.2 6-core i7 with 16GB of ram, only to find that the score of the more powerful one is lower! Even with the memory performance, which is double the ram! How come?? Am I missing something?
