I got a very strange behavior Geekbench 4 on iPhone Xs Max. In the line “processor” I see “ARM @ 0.00 Hz”, so as I understand, the app can’t recognize the processor. What’s more, after CPU test I see result 7300, what is too much small a value. What could it be and where is a problem? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this, and I'm sorry for any confusion caused by this issue. I'll pass this on to my team and see if we can address it as soon as possible.

In addition, could you upload your result to the Geekbench Browser and link it to us so that we can take a closer look at the result, and investigate the unusually low score?

    All the best,
