how do i know if my computer has a performance problem?

I'm new to bench testing. were haviing some sluggish behavior with pro tools software

    Thanks for posting. You can compare your scores to the average of the same model in the Geekbench Browser. Here is the average score for your particular model: https://browser.geekbench.com/macs/357

    The CPU benchmark measures your CPU's performance by assigning work to your device and evaluating your device's ability to complete it. The workloads in Geekbench 4 are based on everyday use cases. You can read more about these here: https://www.geekbench.com/doc/geekbench4-cpu-workloads.pdf

    There could be a number of factors causing sluggish behaviour with Pro Tools. I recommend contacting the developer for Pro Tools if you suspect there might be a software issue.
