I run for two cell phone. One goes with 100% work, one with 70% work, why there is such difference. Will it affect the fairness?

100% Work is HTC U12+ with Snadragon 845, 70-80% Work is Ulefone Power 5 with MTK Helio P23. I have done tests on more machines. I found that the weaker CPU the lower % of Work. I wanna know the meaning of % Work and if the different % of work would affect the confidence level of the result or not.

One more thing, I want to know the script you use in Battery test, is it stimulating the daily work loading of CPU? Does the script involve GPU loading? Thanks.
