    Hi Artur,

Thanks for posting about this. I'd like to ask a couple of questions so I can take a closer look at the issue.

Which operating system do you run Geekbench on? Have you tried to run Geekbench 4 in the past on either of those computers with another GPU installed? Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the error?

A new version has been released (4.2.3). If you go to Geekbench 4 > Check for updates, it should be detected and you can update through there. If you update, could you let me know if you get the same error?

    Thanks,

    Hi Sarah,
this are brand new machines with Windows 10 home with all the updates,
laptop ENVY13t-ah000 with UHD620, and desktop ENVY 7950030qd with UHD630.
New update to 4.2.3 did not fix the problem

    Hi Artur,

Thanks for clarifying and sharing the screenshot. Which version of the graphics driver do you have on each computer?

    Thanks,

    Hi Artur,

Thanks for providing that information. On each computer, could you open Command Prompt and input the following:

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Geekbench 4\geekbench_x86_64.exe" --verbose --compute

Could you send us the output you receive from entering the above so we can take a look?

    Thanks,

    (x86)\Geekbench 4\geekbench.plar
Administrator permissions are needed for Geekbench to report complete system
information. Use an administrator command prompt for a complete system
    information report.

    c:\Program Files (x86)\Geekbench 4>"C:\Program Files (x86)\Geekbench
