I recently bought a HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc1xx with a 8GB RAM and a 2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE 940MX 4GB Graphics WITH 1TB HDD and 8GB SSD. I'm only 16 and am really naive about computers. I ran a geekbench and my single core score was 3715 and multi core score was 10658. So I want to know if my laptop is good for basic gaming like PUBG and some online games like Fortnite. And if someone could tell me how to properly use my NVIDIA graphic card. Thank you so much for your help.

    Hi Saiyam,

Thanks for posting. The best way to find out whether your computer can handle certain games and programs is to look up the system requirements. This will tell you the minimum and/or recommended specifications (e.g. how much RAM, what version of your Operating System, graphics card) required to adequately run a program. If you google the name of the program you want to use followed by "system requirements" you should be able to find them.

The Geekbench score is useful for determining the performance of your computer's hardware. You can compare those scores to others with similar hardware using the Geekbench Browser (https://browser.geekbench.com). This contains results uploaded by users of Geekbench 4, with average scores for devices in the Benchmark Charts. If you'd like to take a closer look at how Geekbench 4 scores work, you can do so here: http://support.primatelabs.com/kb/geekbench/interpreting-geekbench-...

For help with your NVIDIA graphics card, I suggest checking out the NVIDIA website. There should be some information there, or you can contact their support team.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

    All the best,
