Does anyone know why the iPad (6th Generation) shows up as iPad7,5 rather than its real name, and also why the SoC merely says “ARM @ 2.32GHz” rather than A10?

    Hi Elshad,

Thanks for posting. iPad7,5 is the model identifier for the 6th Generation iPad. Each Apple product has a model identifier used to identify specific iOS-powered devices.

In regards to the "ARM @ 2.32GHz", that is a less specific way to identify that processor and I can see how it may not be as helpful as showing the specific processor. Could you post a screenshot of what that looks like on your end?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Here are the screenshots. I've attached a screenshot from one of my older iPads as well for comparison.
