Did you download your copy of Geekbench 4 from the website (<a href="http://www.geekbench.com">www.geekbench.com</a>) or elsewhere?</p>

<p>Thanks for your response. There are a couple of versions of Windows 10 Pro (e.g. Version 1607). If you go to Settings > System > About on your computer, under Windows Specifications it should list your version number. If you can provide that, it will be super helpful.</p>
<p>We will look into this as soon as possible, and I'll let you know as soon as I have an update. I appreciate your patience.</p>
