I'm on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with a i7 8700K and 16GB of RAM and I can't seem to get Geekbench to open. It keeps saying the program as stopped working!

    Hi mstanhope89,

Thanks for bringing up this issue and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'd like to gather a bit more information so we can look into this further.

What version of Windows 10 are you currently using?
Did you download your copy of Geekbench 4 from the website (www.geekbench.com) or elsewhere?

    All the best,

    Hi mstanhope89,

Thanks for your response. There are a couple of versions of Windows 10 Pro (e.g. Version 1607). If you go to Settings > System > About on your computer, under Windows Specifications it should list your version number. If you can provide that, it will be super helpful.

We will look into this as soon as possible, and I'll let you know as soon as I have an update. I appreciate your patience.

    All the best,
