Could you let me know what device you have Geekbench installed on, as well as what version of Geekbench (e.g. 4.2.0) and what operating system version you have installed? Also, are you able to access the Geekbench Browser (<a href="https://browser.geekbench.com">https://browser.geekbench.com</a>) from your device's default internet browser?</p>
<p>In one case, a user encountered a similar issue due to an overzealous ad-blocking program on their device. The Geekbench application does not serve advertisements, but it does rely on a connection to the Geekbench Browser. Do you have any ad-blocking software installed on your device or as a plugin to your default browser? If so, whitelisting the Geekbench Browser may resolve this problem.</p>
