Thanks for reaching out to us about this. This is due to an issue with the NVIDIA GPU drivers provided with macOS. We’ve contacted Apple regarding this issue and Apple’s response is that they are unable to address the issue due to reduced NVIDIA support. Downloading and installing the NVIDIA driver package may resolve this issue.

But this means that my GPU performance is compromised? Or only that Geekbench cannot evaluate its performance?

DO you know what Nivdia package I should to install?

thanks

alexandre.lordelotag:support.primatelabs.com,2011-01-31:Comment/445591652018-01-22T16:47:43Z2018-01-22T16:47:43ZZero OpenCL Score

Hi,

Geekbench is unable to evaluate your performance for the Depth of Field workload due to this issue. Other applications could be affected by this issue, but we cannot comment on exactly which applications may be affected.

If you would like to install an NVIDIA driver package, I recommend navigating to the NVIDIA website and installing the most recent drivers for your device.
