<p>Thanks for reaching out to us about this. The Geekbench 4 CPU benchmark evaluates a device's performance while running processor-intensive tasks. Geekbench 4 CPU results will be influenced by memory speed, but Geekbench 4 is designed to use a fixed amount of memory so adding large amounts of RAM beyond that should not influence results. You can learn more about interpreting Geekbench 4 results and what each benchmark measures on our Knowledge Base <a href="http://support.primatelabs.com/kb/geekbench/interpreting-geekbench-4-scores">here</a>.</p>
<p>The single-core and multi-core results may both be relevant in considering a system's overall performance, depending on the expected use case for that machine. If the machines that you would like to evaluate will primarily be occupied with single-core applications then that score may be more relevant to your needs, and the reverse is true for multi-core applications.</p>
