   Hi Mark,

   Thanks for letting us know about this. Could you let me know what version of Geekbench 4 you are using (e.g. 4.1.4, 4.2.0) and what version of iOS you are currently finding low scores on? In addition, could you show me an example of your scores from iOS 11.x.x and your previous iOS version?

   I'm not certain what would be causing this kind of issue, but I will investigate further and let you know if I find more information. Low scores are sometimes caused by running the device is low-power mode during the benchmark or having substantial processes run in the background during the benchmark, so it may also be useful to watch out for those factors.

   I have used geekbench 4 in my iPhone 6s IOS 11.2 obtaining very low scores. See the attached picture please

   Hi Txus,

   Thanks for letting us know about this. Did your device get similar scores prior to iOS 11.2, or is this issue occurring consistently since you updated to iOS 11.2? Lower than expected scores can also be caused by running benchmarks in low-power mode or with substantial background processes occurring during the benchmark. Could either of those factors have affected these benchmark scores?

   None of what he listed. I think it's a battery problem because this has more than 30 months of use. Thank you for answering me

   Thanks for the additional information. I'm not able to see the scores from 11.2 that you're referring to -- would you mind re-attaching them or sending them to me via [email blocked]? Unless of course you mean that you are receiving similar scores with 11.2 as you did earlier with 11.1.1, in which case thanks for the confirmation.

   I'm having the same problem. I talked with an Apple tech support and they said that they are aware of the issue and the engineering team is working on it for a fix. I hope they fix this quick. I'm attaching my benchmark below.

    Hi

    There is an information about this issue in Reddit and in other webs. It seems ios 11 slows down the iphone performance if battery is not in a good state. I have just changed my battery and the problem seems to be solved.

    I'm looking forward to Apple explanations.
