I have no quarrel with your app,it's actually amazing. But I have a question regarding my phone,Meizu Pro 6.I browsed the history of the results for this phone and was unpleasantly surprised-My phone looses on on both single-core and multicore sides.Especially single core, where me phone scores 950-ish,and the "rivals"do 1800 or something.
I tried every power mode on my phone,it barely makes any difference,if at all.I am questioning if I should use the warranty while still possible.
I need those points. Please,if you have anything to say about this-respond,I would be grateful.

    Hi,

Thanks for getting in touch with us about this. Lower than expected scores can be caused by running benchmarks in low-power mode or running benchmarks with processes running in the background. If you are controlling for those factors and still seeing low scores it could be indicative of hardware issues. Benchmark scores alone cannot be used to reliably investigate hardware issues, but if you suspect hardware issues to be the cause then we recommend bringing the phone to your local service centre to have it inspected.

    All the best,
