We are aware of a current issue with certain devices including the LG G4 being unable to connect to the network. We're currently working with LG to resolve this issue but in the meantime there is no solution we can implement since it will require a system software update from LG. As soon as we have more information, we will follow up with you!
Encountered exactly the same on a LG G4.. glad I already decided to check support page within a few minutes of retrying (without trying to figure out the cause), bscause that would have been in vain.
Why not use the functionality of Google Play to prevend these phones which are known not to run the test ? Saves you having to reply on these kind of questions and the enduser the download / trying to figure out what's wrong.
Or built in this functionality in the software so it actually comes up with a message which people can understand instead of telling them there is no available internet connection (over wifi, or mobile data connection).
Just a thought :-)

I'm sorry for any trouble caused by this issue. The Geekbench Browser was down for emergency maintenance for approximately 2 hours last night, which was likely responsible for this issue with running benchmarks on your iPhone 6 Plus. Could you let me know if this problem is still occurring?
The connection issue encountered on the LG G4 is a separate issue, which unfortunately we do not have a technical workaround for at this time.
