Problem communicating with the browser Server.

Hello, I am encountering a problem with GeekBench 4, i can't do any benchmark (CPU and compute benchmark). The application tells me that it cannot communicate with the server. My phone specifications :
 -LG G4 H815 on Android 6.0
 v20G-EUR-XX

    Some LG handsets block Geekbench from accessing the internet. We're currently working with LG to resolve this issue but in the meantime there is no workaround we can implement since any solution will require a system software update from LG.

    Thank you again for your patience and I'm sorry there's nothing we can do at this time.

    I'm having the same issue with an LG G4 H812.
    Its telling me I have a communication issue. :(

    A year or so later... the problem remains.

    "Geekbench 4
    Geekbench encountered an error communicating with the Geekbench Browser. Geekbench requires an active internet connection in order to run benchmarks"

    Sorry, but if the problem is related to LG specifically, then this is not a useful error message. I spent a while trying to diagnose internet settings on the phone to no avail, now i understand why.

    Geekbench 4 however works perfectly on the more recent LG G5.

    Maybe you can consider a warning to users when your software is not compatible with a specific handset. For example,

    "Unfortunately there are some technical limitations with your handset and Geekbench cannot be run. Please check back later in the year to see if this issue has been resolved".

    I do however appreciate that if specific LG handsets are not the exception this might be a big job but I am certain a friendlier, user-friendly error message would be appreciated by all your existing and new customers.
